IRIS DULAY
Co-Founder, Ergonomic Consultant
Iris Dulay holds a Bachelors of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis with a focus in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Cornell University. With over 14 years’ experience in the field of ergonomics and safety, Iris has conducted ergonomic and job hazard assessments in the office, healthcare and aerospace industries. Working as an internal ergonomist for both non-profit and for-profit healthcare systems, Iris developed and managed the daily operations of the local ergonomics program through internal employee ergonomic assessments and trainings while also consulting for regional and national ergonomic standards. In addition to providing customized ergonomic program development and office assessments, as an ergonomic consultant she has also conducted utilization studies and data analysis on lighting and sit stand workstations illustrating the return on investment locally and nationally. Iris is a board certified Associate Ergonomic Professional (AEP).
VALENTINA SENDIN
Co-Founder, Ergonomic Consultant
Valentina Sendin has over 27 years of work experience in ergonomics with an emphasis in worker's compensation. In addition, she has collaborated with architects, project managers and construction teams on new and remodel projects. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Northridge and has continued with her education, in obtaining certificate in “Industrial Injuries: Education Symposium” from the Southern California Orthopedic Research and Education Center, to a certificate in “Cost Effective use of Psychologist in Injury Cases.” As a Certified Ergonomist, working in the health care industry, Valentina has focused on living well, being well and Thriving.
